CTS is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of our meeting attendees. We require proof of full vaccination for all attendees, and we highly recommend boosters when medically indicated. Masks are not required. Everyone should assess the relative risks in attending this in-person meeting. We expect that if you are symptomatic prior to the meeting, you would be tested for COVID-19 and if positive, not attend the meeting.

 

Furthermore, we recognize this is an evolving situation and that many institutions and countries have various guidelines/policies regarding travel and returning to their institution/country. Should any mandates prohibit you from attending the meeting, we will provide a refund of registration fees minus an administration fee.

 

The goal of this policy is to provide a safe environment for all attendees.

 

We will be implementing protocols and procedures in all areas of the meeting in compliance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, as well as State and local regulations to help everyone remain safe.

 

If further conditions or requirements evolve prior to the meeting, this page will be updated, and registrants will be notified.
